(2)Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, preferably customer service experience Fluent in English and Chinese both in written and verbal. Able to anticipate, identify and troubleshoot problems Experience interacting with end users and communicating in a way that they understand Able to work well in a team Able to operate with minimal supervision Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule calls Able to maintain professional demeanour under stressful situations.
