Main responsibilities
85 Core Systems Management:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of core IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems.
Implement and manage system upgrades and patches to maintain optimal performance.
85 Network Infrastructure:
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
85 Security Protocols:
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Implement and manage security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
85 Incident Response:
Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.
Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
85 Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.
Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and project progress.
【Personal Essential Characteristics】
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
