04 Your next challenge 61 Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts 61 Identifies and implements the commercial goals and strategies in line with the overall Sales strategy of the entity. 61 Uses the appropriate metrics (leading and lagging KPIs related to the Sales Funnel) to pilot the performance of his/her sales team. 61 Provides the sales team members with formal individual coaching regarding the performance measurement metrics in use. 61 Monitors the achievement of the sales targets in the region under his/her responsibility on a regular basis. 61 Promote the development of the team, carrying out corporate training actions, such as technical training, skills development programs, etc. to bring it in line with Pluxee's values and culture with high performance. 61 Identifying the market opportunities and movements of competitors. 61 Promote the strengthening of the brand and customer loyalty 61 Ensure compliance with commercial policies and procedures of the entity. 61 Uses modern online & offline social / networking tools to promote Pluxee services & products externally and internally (get involved in the right communities, organize the production of the right content & events such as round tables with Marketing) 61 Knowledge of Lead generation and sales funnel tools (HubSpot, Sales force, Customer app demo etc.) What you’ll be doing: Manage and oversee sales activities and initiatives. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies. Manage relationships with key customers and partners. Provide leadership and direction to the sales team.

Work Experience Requirements: 7+ years of experience in B2B sales 3+ years in a management role
