Mission · As part of the Innovation Centre Asia, we have the responsibility to design & manufacture automatic equipment like screw feeders, and other applications such as wheel nut-runner systems and software solutions. Our customers are in globally, mainly focus on Asia regions. · This position will be the leader of Proposal Team-Global Automation reporting to the department manager. · Your mission is to lead the team using best practices for running automation proposal support efficiently. · You will be responsible for ensuring your team is committed to providing a saleable solution for the customer center/end user and a manageable scope of work from Project team.
Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the team on solution offer: · Well understand the automatic solution business and the competition status, focusing on improve technical proposal quality and improve the hit-rate. · Define Unique Selling Point of Atlas Copco solutions and work closely with sales team to influence customer. · Flexible working time to adapt to project needs. · Build up team competence on simulation, and be able to promote standard products, make risk analysis during proposal phase. · Work closely with global customer/application centers, study and understand marketing trend, find new opportunities and feedback to R&D team for direction define. · Standard solution promotion, support global customer/application centers with marketing activities. · Standardize existing solution proposal, and drive to optimize costing from market point of view. · Work closely with project management team in order to guarantee solution executable. · Continuously improve the internal workflow to be more efficient and market oriented. · Continuously improve the value visualization to win the competition. · Define team competence mapping and career ladder and organize related trainings. · Motivate the team and create a positive working environment with all departments of ACTA.
Education & Experience · B.S. Degree or above with engineering background · Well understanding of automation, especially screw feeder business. · Candidates must have 8+ years’ experience in an engineering related field, and including 5+ years of proven working experience as proposal engineer · The successful candidate should have experience in understanding and defining customer needs. · Experience in design or manufacturing of customized solutions · Experience in product marketing · Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different culture · Team management experience is a plus 教育和经验要求: · 工程背景的本科及以上学历 · 对自动化业务,尤其是送钉业务,有很好的理解 · 应聘者必须具有8年以上工程相关工作经验,其中包括5年以上方案工程师的工作经验 · 成功的候选人应具有理解和定义客户需求的经验 · 有定制化解决方案的设计和制造经验 · 有产品推广的经验 · 有在跨国组织中工作的经验,能够适应不同的文化 · 有团队管理经验者优先
