岗位职责:
Objectives:
61 Promote BASF's "We create chemistry for a sustainable future" positioning in Greater China.
61 Protect and enhance BASF's reputation among key target groups and stakeholders with the focus on media and influencers
Main Tasks:
61 Contribute and implement media communications strategy in Greater China with the focus on media relations and activities in areas where BASF has operations
61 Establish and ensure effective media relations in Greater China; and support the media programs in collaboration with respective business units.
61 Support executive profiling by leveraging external speaking opportunities, media interviews and other effective ways
61 Support crisis communication in Greater China in close cooperation with the country and regional COM teams and related business units
61 Develop and ensure supply of timely and accurate corporate information and press materials for all internal and external partners, including but not limited to updating corporate information and backgrounders, developing and localizing press materials, developing speeches and letters, etc.
61 Coordinate and conduct media trainings, crisis communications trainings when necessary
61 Lead and support corporate events and social media communications when necessary
61 Manage external agencies to execute relevant communication projects
任职要求:
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree and above, in communications, PR, journalism and related disciplines
Working experience:
61 4-5 years solid work experiences in corporate communications / PR / media relations in MNCs, ideally with reputed PR agency and additional experience as a journalist/writer
61 Related experience in chemical industry or downstream industries such as automotive, construction, electronics & electricals, home and personal care, food and nutrition, etc. is preferred
Technical & professional knowledge:
61 Solid writing skills in both Chinese and English languages
61 Knowledge and willingness to work on multi-media and digital communications projects
61 Self-motivated and willing to take on responsibility
61 Strong communication skills to influence others for positive impact
61 Decisive, flexible, open-minded and robust to work in a company with matrixed structure
61 Good team player
