【岗位职责】
61 Good communication (written and verbal) - Describe problems and their solutions to non-IT workers.
61 Good understanding of network infrastructure topologies, security policies, firewalls, and L2/L3 switch and routing infrastructure.
61 Investigate and diagnose incidents to restore network services as quickly as possible, ensuring all incident details and restoration steps are thoroughly documented in the ticketing platform.
61 Implementation of approved network enhancements, firewall and whitelisting requests, and other network updates following the Change Management process.
61 Lead root cause analysis efforts and draft RCAs as requested and make appropriate recommendations to avoid future failure.
61 Work with vendor engineering teams in the investigation of complex hardware and software issues and initiate RMAs for failed hardware components as necessary
61 Firewall and network infrastructure upgrade- Documentation, steps, prep work.
61 Knowledge of any monitoring tool
61 Need to evaluate networks and systems to make sure that they perform reliably.
61 Anticipate new requirements as customers’ needs change.
61 Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
61 Firm understanding of network firewalling/security technology - NAT, Failover, VPN, Proxy, Access-list, Virtual Firewall concepts.
61 Troubleshooting fundamentals - Ability to break problems down and use a logical process of elimination.
61 Install, configure, and support network and firewall infrastructure within the region.
61 Develop requirements for firewall rule implementation including source and destination IPs, Ports, Transport Protocol
61 Inventory management and documentation.
61 Implement firewall, upgrades, and features under the guidance of Firewall Engineers or next level (either vendor or architect)
61 Administer Information Security firewalls, including updates, upgrades, and policy management.
61 Review and implement customer changes in alignment with existing firewall policies.
【任职要求】
1. HCIP level or demonstrate equivalent experience Technical Know-How in HUAWEI, HCIE is preferred, but not a MUST.
2. 3 – 5 Project Experiences within the last several years hands-on in Huawei LAN/WIFI/SDWAN
3. Work experience: 8 - 10 years
4. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese & English.
5. Can accept work time shift (Rotation between Daily shift & Night Shift) arrangements including weekend & public holidays.
