Job Responsibilities:
As a Project specialist, you will be the subject matter authority for your assigned program and act as the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experience solutions. We rely on you to own and support cross-team coordination and project management, swiftly prioritize and multitask based on severity level and strong business judgment. You will identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with experience in the Digital Supply Chain, Program Management, or Product Management within large global organizations with below qualifications：
1.The ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and tools and develop expertise.
2.Supply chain /Order to cash operation related function working experience and knowledge is required.
3.Advanced skills with PowerPoint and Excel, including standard formulas and data visualization, are a must. We need someone who can understand customers and their behavior to drive new feature development.
4.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, are required. Attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and a drive for results are crucial.
5.The position is based in Shanghai.
