Job Overview: A newly created and strategic role to support new venture business development with laying focus on O2O segment, to meet extreme outside market environment change with challenge as well hit business growth target.
Majorly his/her responsibility covers the following 2 parts: -Play as strategic key account manager for e-commerce gaint Tmall and TikTok with developing and achieving business opportunity. -Take the lead role of O2O business operations(e-trade marketing) with delivering daily e-commerce operation support to all O2O business lines such as JD, Tuhu, Tmall and others. Build up VGO O2O eco-system including consumer engagement, leads creation, lead management, conversion and offline fulfillment throughout digital journey.
Responsible: 1.Be responsible for developing O2O new platform of Tmall and TikTok, as well its business operation: 61Identify business opportunity on O2O channels with solid business study, market research etc. 61Hunt Tmall & its groups’ potential customer/business partner(s) with leveraging related internal/external resources with result delivery. 61Develop, maintain and strengthen business relationship/partnership with business partners for Tmall/ TikTok China 61Set up Tmall brand flagship store as O2O center, drive consumer engagement for leads, leverage digital platforms ex TikTok to generate leads and implement integrated eTrade marketing programs for al the O2O platforms. 2.Build up VGO O2O eco-system including consumer engagement, leads creation, lead management, conversion and offline fulfillment throughout digital journey. 3.Be responsible for O2O e-trade Marketing management(including Tuhu, JD and Tmall), develop and take actions plan to drive sell out for all O2O channels. Lead O2O sellout campaign/event or other related key initiatives (Especially 618 and double 11 big promotion channel promotion differentiation management). 4. Closely work with internal peering groups to streamline O2O business likes Marketing, Product Strategy, Pricing , Technology, Supply Chain, Legal etc.
Requirements: 1.Bachelors’ degree or above, majoring in business management related disciplines. Education with disciplines on E-commerce preferable. 2. 61At least 8-10 yrs solid working experience in E-commerce/E-Marketing/O2O business field. 61Be favorable of having the experience in livestreaming industry, such as Tmall, Tiktok, JD and other platforms 61Proven experience in E-Trade marketing, preferably with Internet platforms and FMCG companies 61People management with leading team is preferable. 3.61Proven solid knowledge on E-commerce / O2O business. 61Knowledge and experience gained in industrial segment of consumer goods, FMCG, auto aftermarket etc. 61Knowledge on CRM and project management. 61Business acumen, result and data driven. 61Excellent communication and cross-team/organization collaboration.
