Position Overview As an E-Key Account Manager, you will drive the growth of RC vet pillar on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD) and manage strategic partnerships with E-key accounts (e.g., Ali/JD). You will be responsible for building a robust ecosystem on platform, executing JBP,and optimizing crossfunctional collaboration to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities 1. E- Key Account Management and deliver business result - Build and maintain strong partnerships with platform partners (e.g., Ali/JD), aligning on joint development plans (JBP) and driving execution. - Lead business expansion for new platform channels (e.g., AIi), ensuring alignment with company strategies and budget constraints. - Collect platform marketing and category insights, integrate resources to strengthen the RC brand, and boost sales conversion. - Design comprehensive business plans to improve traffic conversion, customer loyalty, and RC brand users growth. 2. Budget & Investment Optimization - Design and execute TP investment plans, ensuring budget compliance and maximizing ROI. - Track promotional spending and ROI through financial reports, collaborating with finance teams for data-driven adjustments. 3. Consumer Education & Data-Driven Insights - Leverage online resources to accelerate nutrition content dissemination and enhance consumer education. - Analyze operational data to refine platform strategies, improve business operations, and drive decision-making.
职位要求: 1. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years inEC/FMCG key account management (Ali/JD platform experience preferred). - Proven success in managing platforms and executing JBP plans.
