Brief Task Description:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
61 Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy aligned with the company’s brand identity and sales goals.
61 Providing insights and guidelines to media and retail marketing team for integrated social campaigns in terms of KOL cooperations and dealer social operations.
61 Identify brand target audiences, craft social media messaging, and plan social content calendars to maximize engagement and reach.
61 Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
2. Social Media Operations:
61 Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media platforms (e.g., Douyin, WeChat Video, Weibo, Bilibili…etc.)
61 Schedule and publish content, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
61 Manage social media budgets, including paid advertising and influencer partnerships.
3. Creative Asset Development:
61 Collaborate with external agencies to produce high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, infographics, and copy.
61 Ensure all creative assets align with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
61 Oversee the production of user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
61 Track and analyze social media performance.
61 Prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
61 Work closely with the product, sales, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all marketing channels.
61 Partner with the customer service team to address social media inquiries and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualification:
61 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
61 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and operations, automotive experience is a must.
61 Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.
61 Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
61 Experience with creative asset production, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
61 Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
61 Good skills in English and Chinese
61 Passion for off-road vehicles, adventure, and outdoor lifestyles is a plus.
