1.Product Alignment and Localization: Maintain consistency with headquarters in product management practices, take good use of materials from HQ and then digest and deliver to inside team. Localize products related materials based on local market conditions, incorporating unique product features, application orientations, competitive characteristics, and focused domains tailored to the local audience. 2.Sales Tool Development: Organize and develop sales tools for the team, including customer-facing materials and internal training resources. Ensure that all sales collateral is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively communicates the product's value proposition.Assist the sales team in product categorization, organization, parameter breakdown, and the preparation of tender documents.Ensure that all product information provided to sales is accurate, complete, and tailored to the specific needs of potential customers. 3.Product and Solution Promotion Planning: Analyze product attributes and customer application trends to propose product and solution promotion plans that align with the company's strategic development goals.Develop marketing strategies that highlight the product's unique selling points and address customer needs. 4.Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses, market dynamic assessments, policy intelligence reviews, and investment/financing analyses.Provide insights and recommendations based on these analyses to inform product development and marketing strategies. 5.Customer Segmentation: Organize and segment customer groups to assist the sales team in effectively targeting and categorizing potential customers.Develop customer profiles as to guide sales and marketing efforts.Maintain close relationships with key accounts and gather successful application cases including but not limited in drug discovery, biobanking, cell biology, Genomics, Proteomic etc.Edit and compile these cases into market or sales tools to showcase product efficacy and customer success stories. 6.Market Promotion Collaboration: Deeply engage with the marketing department and collaborate with sales and application support teams to participate in and design the company's market promotion plans.Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications: 1.A master's degree or above, with a preference for a Ph.D. 2.Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a track record of successful product launches and market penetration in Gemonics, Cell Biology, Proteomic, drug discovery, spatial omics or multiomics etc; 3.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs. 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. 5.A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. 6.Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques, as well as project management skills. 7.Strong proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
