岗位职责：
1. 组织和参与各项目的调试和维保计划及预算的制定；
2. 评估运营计划及预算的合理性、合规性，将公司体系要求落实到计划中；
3. 统筹并参与各投标项目和执行中项目的调试维保活动；
4. 协调相关部门和项目组与调试维保之间的工作界面
5. 跟踪及监控项目调试及维保阶段的流程管理，确保管理到位；
6. 参与及编写与项目运营相关的各类报告、要求、计划、预算；
7. 执行公司及部门安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 具有海洋工程（或海上设施）EPICO相关的专业知识和工作经历；
2. 熟悉项目或设施全生命周期管理及全面质量管理，具备作业管理经验；
3. 熟悉规划、计划、预算、执行报告的编制及编写；
4. 中英文听、说、读、写能力良好。
Operations and Maintenance Manager (reporting to Senior Operations Manager)
1. Organize and participate in commissioning and maintenance plans and budget plans for each project.
2. Assess the rationality and compliance of operation plans and budget, which apply company system requirements and implement into operation plans.
3. Coordinate and participate in commissioning and maintenance activities of bidding projects and the projects in progress.
4. Coordinate working interface between commissioning and maintenance with relevant departments and project teams.
5. Keep track and monitor process management in commissioning and maintenance phase, and ensure management in place.
6. Compile reports, requirements, plans, and budgets related to production preparation.
7. Perform other tasks arranged by superiors.
Terms and Conditions of Employment
1. Possess professional knowledge and work experience on offshore & marine engineering (or offshore installations) EPICO.
2. Possess operation management experience, familiar with projects and facility life cycle management and total quality management.
3. Familiar with preparation for plan, budget and reports.
4. Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
