Job Description
61 As a business analyst, the candidate will be led by project manager to fulfill the business analysis and project coordination tasks assigned.
Key Responsibilities

61 Engage the stakeholders to understand client’s business requirements & technology strategy
61 Customer demand research、gather and analysis, in-depth understanding of the business scenarios, to ensure effectiveness and feasibility of delivery.
61 Clarify KPI logics, provide detail and clear KPI definitions, and prepare the structured business requirement documents.
61 Complete high-fidelity prototype design, and ensure that the developers understand the requirements
61 Responsible for testing and acceptance of new requirements before going online. Provide User training.
61 Be responsible for requirement management, changes, confirmation and requirement schedule control. Participate in the analysis, positioning and handling of problems in the project to drive the effective implementation of requirements
61 Manage / support the client’s projects following client’s project delivery process

Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree or above
61 At least 5-8 years’ hands-on experiences on project business analyst.
61 Retail background must
61 Professional team player with good communication skill.
61 Capability on the structured requirement document.
61 Familiarly with project development life cycle. Project management experience is big plus.
61 Luxury industry working experience is a plus
61 Familiar with SQL language, excel.
61 Effective English verbal and written communication skills
