Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Consultant or Senior Management Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain & Procurement Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with a top-tier consulting firm and be fluent in both English and Chinese. This role requires extensive travel between China, the USA, and Europe to support global clients in optimizing their supply chain and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support supply chain and procurement transformation projects for global clients across industries.
Analyze procurement costs, supplier performance, and supply chain risks to develop strategic recommendations.
Conduct supplier benchmarking, sourcing strategy assessments, and contract negotiations.
Provide insights into China’s manufacturing and supplier landscape, helping clients navigate sourcing complexities.
Support clients in mitigating supply chain disruptions and improving cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to implement procurement best practices.
Develop client-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
Stay updated on global trade policies, tariffs, and regulatory changes that impact supply chains.

Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain & procurement consulting with a top-tier consulting firm.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in cost modeling, supplier assessment, and procurement optimization.
Deep understanding of China’s supplier ecosystem, procurement strategies, and supply chain risk mitigation.
Experience in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction strategies.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel extensively across China, the USA, and Europe.
Excellent client management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive, industrial, electronics, or other industry supply chains.
Familiarity with digital procurement tools and data analytics for supply chain optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
