工作职责:
1.管理医学成像系统（MRI、CT、PET-CT、DR、DSA和Linac系统等）的项目，主要用于售前支持、现场准备、交付、安装和移交给最终用户。
2.在售前阶段，支持销售人员检查现场可行性，提出现场准备建议，并咨询现场相关配置和第三方装备规格。
3.签订合同后，与相关利益相关者明确项目范围，分解项目任务并确定项目时间表，与所有相关人员协调，根据计划向最终用户交付优秀的项目。
4.承担全部责任来管理现场准备质量，制定***现场准备提案图纸，为承包商提供现场准备支持，并检查现场安装准备情况。
5.与商业运营、订单管理、物流和服务团队合作，安排及时交货，并为客户提供合格的安装。
6.与BU（工厂）和PM办公室合作，为最终用户制定现场准备技术解决方案。
7.负责改进项目管理流程、管理机制和关键绩效指标。
8.支持项目采购，以选择合格的供应商并管理其绩效。
9.与商业伙伴密切合作，始终考虑双赢的方法。
1.Manage the projects of medical imaging systems (MRI, CT, PET-CT, DR, DSA and Linac systems etc.) , mainly for pre-sales support, site preparation, delivery, installation and handing over to the end-user.
2.During the pre-sales phase, support sales to check site feasibility, make site preparation proposal and consult site related configuration and 3rd party equitement specification.
3.After contract signed clarify project scope with related stakeholders, breakdown project tasks and figout out the project schedule, coordinate with all related people to deliver excellent project to the end-user according to the plan.
4.Take full responsibility to manage site preparation quality, work out the best site preparation proposal drawing, provide site preparation support to the contractor and check site readiness for the installation.
5.Cooperate with commercial operation，order management，logistics and service team，to arragen in time delivery and achieve qualified installation to the customer.
6.Work with BU (factory) and PM office, to work out the site preparation technical solution for the end user.
7.Responsible for improving project management processes, management mechanisms and KPIs.
8.Support project procurement for selecting qualified vendors and managing their performance.
9.Close cooperation with a business partner, always think of a win-win approach.
任职资格:
1.拥有土木建筑和电气工程、生物医学工程等学位。（土木工程专业优先）；
2.熟悉专业项目管理方法和实践（PMP认证优先）
3.超过3年的客户服务或客户项目管理经验，良好的客户满意度心态。
4.熟练掌握CAD绘图软件和相关工作软件操作，对土木工程有基本了解和其他相关知识；
5.熟悉大型医疗设备安装现场的要求，了解安装现场的相关国家标准；
6.良好的团队合作精神和沟通、表达和协调能力。
7.能够承受压力工作，诚实自信，具有良好的自学能力和强大的独立工作能力；
8.英语CET-6水平或以上，具有良好的听力、口语、阅读和写作技能。
1.Hold degrees in Civil construction and electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, etc. (Civil engineering major is preferred);
2.Familiar with professional project management methodology and practice (PMP certified is preferred)
3.More than 3 years of customer service or customer project management experience, good customer satisfaction mindset.
4.Proficient in CAD drawing software and related work software operation, basic understanding of civil engineering and other related knowledge;
5.Familiar with the requirements for the installation site of large medical equipment and understand the relevant national standards for the installation site;
6.Good teamwork spirit and communication, expression, and coordination skills.
7.Able to work with pressure, be honest and confident, with good self-learning ability and strong independent working ability;
8.English CET-6 level or above, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
