61 Function as liaison between BD and internal technical team, and provide right-on-target connection between client’s needs and internal expertise.
61 Continuously monitor and maintain the auxiliary database of proposal generation, and maintain standard procedure of proposal generation for continuous process optimization
61 Maintain proposal templates, collect feedback and comments from technical experts and business teams, update proposal template
