Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of revenue-increasing projects for company clients, ensuring that project objectives are achieved according to the established schedule, expectations, and quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet the requirements of both clients and the company.
Main Responsibilities: -Coordinate and manage the progress of projects related to new clients’ onboarding and develop project plans, including schedules, cooperation milestones, client service requirements, and company implementation points. -Manage project teams, including task assignment, progress monitoring, and conflict resolution. -Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project needs and expectations are met. -Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential project risks and issues promptly. -Prepare and submit project progress reports, including status updates, financial reports, and project summaries. -Provide training and career development support for the project team. -Collect and analyze project data to continuously improve project management processes. Basic Requirements: -Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. -Possess PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent qualification. -At least 3-5 years of project management experience, with cross-cultural team management experience preferred. Can be more experiences to offer as Senior Project Manager. -Proficiency in project management tools and software. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and clients at all levels. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
