What You Will Achieve
You will be in an important and exciting role of providing marketing direction for Pfizer’s wide array of products. You will evaluate brand performance periodically and recommend product development or enhancement as well as oversee development of marketing material. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. How You Will Achieve It
Manage strategy development and execution to maximize revenues. ● Develop awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership with the Medical team. ● Develop channel specific customer segmentation and go-to-market models, Life-cycle Management plan for Brand or Portfolio. ● Manage cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
● Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
● Manage local agencies for trans-creation and validate brand-specific messages, design training.
● Ensure that customer and patient insights as well as market issues are well understood and processed into business plans.
Qualifications ● Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred; ● Innovation ability in Programs; ● Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical manicuring related majors is preferred; ● At least 3 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry; ● Experience of managing revenues and costs is required; ● Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen and marketing execution is must have; ● Preferred demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills; ● Track record of working collaboratively across functions; ● Fluent in written and spoken English is required; ● Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have.
