Key Responsibilities 1. Workforce Management & Optimization - Lead end-to-end labor model optimization for retail stores, achieving cost-efficiency KPIs while maintaining store operational needs. - Built a scalable labor cost governance framework aligned with corporate strategic objectives and enhance wage % through organizational restructuring. - Drove data-informed workforce decisions by analyzing productivity metrics (Sales Per Hour, labor-to-sales ratio), delivering process improvement initiatives that increased store operational efficiency. 2. Project Ownership & Execution - Take full ownership of assigned projects from initial “requirement discovery” to final scale out, guaranteeing smooth execution and timely delivery. - Lead project management and serve as primary communication liaison between Global teams and Great China cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution. - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. 3. Store Communication & Training - Establish strong communication channels with retail stores to ensure execution aligns with company strategies and policies. - Provide training and guidance to store teams, ensuring smooth adoption of operational standards and best practices. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on insights from frontline operations. Requirements - Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to reviewing and interpreting data for business insights. - Creative and logical thinker, able to develop strategic solutions. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of taking timely actions and negotiating with external stakeholders. Strong presentation skill, which could better influence and convince higher level key stakeholder, like VP, Senior director. - Strong time management and execution abilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint. - Bachelor’s degree or above; a major in Project Management is preferred. - At least 6 years of experience in operations management. - Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong oral and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. - Flexible and able to work under pressure.
