岗位职责: 1. Assist Marketing Director to develop marketing and product strategy for target market and support sales team to achieve target. 帮助市场总监制定目标领域的市场及产品策略,支持团队达成目标。 2. Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plan, driving the rapid growth of the business. 负责制定相关产品市场推广计划及执行,推动业务的快速增长。 3. Support sales team, provide marketing support, update sales tools, and enhance related training 支持销售团队,提供市场支持、更新销售工具,并加强相关的培训。 4. Establish high-quality KOL network, maintain good expert cooperation, support sales team, and develop potential customers. 建立高质量的KOL网络,保持良好的专家合作,支持销售团队,开发潜在客户。 5. Collect market information, monitor competition dynamics, summarize, analyze, and report regularly. 收集市场信息,监控竞争动态,定期汇总分析上报。 6. Medical Master’s degree required, Radiology specialty is preferred;2 临床医学或药学专业,本科学历及以上 2. Experience in the field of gynecology and reproduction 有妇科生殖领域的工作经验 3. At least 2 years clinical work experience, or at least 3 years relative experience in marketing department of foreign company. 至少2年临床工作经验,或者至少3年外企市场部相关工作经验。
