Responsibilities: 61 Process and follow up 4S sales orders from sales: Including the system to create orders, order communication & releasing & invoicing, delete order application, rebate, information maintenance, etc.; 61 Responsible for the management of customer: New customer/Customer maintenance. 61 Collect and validate data, prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales analysis report for business planning and KPI tracking. 61 Communicate with supply chain, finance, legal department and other functional departments to assist in a smooth company internal process. 61 Other work assigned by sales operation supervisor.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above 61 1-3 years experiences in data analysis/operation department 61 Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point 61 Good written and oral communication skills in English 61 Strong ability of organization and execution, good communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure, full of sense of responsibility
