MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision - File and verify required shipping documentation, including shipping instructions, ISF, AMS filings, and House Bill of Lading, in a timely and accurate manner. - Efficiently input and maintain logistics and shipment data, regularly monitoring for accuracy and timeliness to facilitate continuous improvement. - Provide input to standardize documentation processes and data maintenance. - Collaborating with third parties service provider Origin Cargo Managers (OCM), suppliers and internal parties to track execution of orders from factory to origin port - Resolve incidents and challenges that impact the supply chain at origin under supervision and guidance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES - Bachelor degree - 2 years’ experience in international supply chain - Preferred experience in the areas of: documentation management, trade management, pricing, TMS/WMS/freight forwarding system, transpacific shipping - Detailed oriented with a keen eye for detail in tasks like reviewing documents, verifying data and ensuring compliance - Proficient with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word) - Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English and Mandarin Chinese - Familiarity with logistics management systems is a plus COMPETENCIES Functional Competencies - Documentation filing; International logistics process; Data maintenance General Competencies: - Action Oriented; Collaborates; Customer Focus; Drives Results; Communicates Effectively
