We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, Finance. This role will report to VP Finance, GCM, to provide administrative support on routine bases and manage GCM Ops Finance & Corporate Finance programs, activities, and special projects. This role will also support 5 Regional Finance Directors for regional level initiatives.
What will I be doing? As the Administrative Assistant, Finance, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
61 Provide administrative support to VP Finance, GCM on daily routine work 61 Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments 61 Coordination of travel, accommodation requirements 61 Coordination with each function for contracts and payments approvals. 61 Compiling, consolidating, and preparing reports, announcements, presentations, and correspondences 61 Managing GCM finance databases and filing systems, keeping records most up to date 61 Organizing corporate activities, celebrations, events, and conferences, such as finance conference, regional meetings & workshops, ADOF/LS meeting, etc. 61 Support Regional Finance Directors on administrative matters, related corporate projects and regional initiatives, data consolidation, etc. 61 Other tasks/projects as required.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 61 Minimum Education: BA/BS/bachelor's degrees 61 5 years + working experience 61 Effective communication skills both verbally and written in Mandarin and English 61 Ability to initiate and direct collaborative efforts of multiple teams throughout the organization, including internal resources and external resources. 61 Previous experience of administration or personal assistant work is required; Experiences in hotel operations or hotel finance is preferred 61 Ability to be proactive and take the initiative with good problem-solving skills 61 Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information 61 Strong detail-orientation 61 Flexibility and adaptability 61 High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
