岗位职责:
负责产品质量法规的识别，确保产品质量符合国家法规和生产许可要求。
Responsible for identification of product quality regulations to ensure that product quality complies with the requirements of the State Regulations and production license.
建立并维护符合ISO9001的产品质量管理体系，并负责赛科产品质量管理体系的持续改进、更新和有效运行。
Establish and maintain product quality management system which is in compliance with ISO9001 and be responsible for continuous improvement, updating and effective operation of SECCO product quality management system.
协助生产和采购团队采购原辅料，协调进厂原辅料的检验或验证。
Assist production and procurement team to procure the feedstock and auxiliary material and coordinate the inspection or verification of received feedstock and auxiliary material.
协调生产和销售团队订立产品的质量标准，管理出厂产品的质量检验，确保产品符合法规要求。
Coordinate with production and sales to develop the product quality standard and manage the quality inspection of the ex-work products and ensure comply with the legal requirements.
对不合格产品进行管理，使其处置符合产品管理要求。
Manage the off spec product and make sure that its disposal meets the requirements of product management.
负责或参加（协助）产品质量事故调查、政府检查、产品召回等，协助处理相关的客户投诉调查。
Responsible for or participate in product quality -LRB-safety) accident investigation, government inspection, product recall, etc., assist in handling related customer complaints investigation.
完成职责范围内的原辅料、产品等的质量报表和质量管理所需的报告。
Complete the quality report of feedstock and auxiliary material and the reports required by quality management within his area of responsibilities.
完成生产许可产品的每日检查并记录归档，包括原料、检验、报告、出厂等。
Complete daily inspection of licensed products and record archiving, including raw materials, inspection, COA and ex-factory, etc.
及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other work assigned by superior manager.





任职要求:
化学相关专业大学本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above, chemical related discipline.
5年以上实验室工作经验，具有石化行业经验优先。
Over 5 years of LAB working experiences, experiences of petrochemical industry are preferred.
善于交流并英语良好。
Good at communication and good at English Language.
须精通EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT，有SAP经验优先。
Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is preferred.
工作细心，注重细节并有较强的分析能力。
Strong attention to details and good analysis capability.
