What is the job about?
Actively drive the demand planning and in the region and implement data processing, business analysis, sales management, Pricing Strategy etc. to the unit, to support the implementation of sales plan. Collaboration with sales and continuous improvement on the accuracy for sales plans.
Your main responsibilities:
1 Tool and Core Process
.Power BI dashboard developer across sales and functional needs
.Super user and go to person of all the tools for Target simulation, Performance tracking, etc.
.Manage sales tools development and optimization (power Bi dashboards, reports, etc.)
.Create reports / sales tools supporting FDM and grow and win meeting
.E2E process optimization driven by sales data analysis to identify the gap

2 Business planning and management support
.Support annual business planning and sales transformation deployment in IND APAC with data analysis and insight.
.Regional and Global management and business meeting preparation with template, business performance data and report with analysis and business recommendations.
.Business case / invest case research and recommendation with high potential growing markets and new sales leads generation.

3 Business intelligence & analysis
.Support to research market intelligence on market & competitor insight
.Data quality and sales pipeline quality management and tracking
.Sales transformation data analysis (OEM/IEM/Distribution)
.Other assignment defined by line manager


Your background:
We imagine that you have:
.Business Intelligence: Understanding of BI concepts and tools1.Contribute with well-defined elements to developed processes within Reporting, Market- and Data analysis.
.Data Visualization: Knowledge of best practices for creating effective data visualizations.
.Database Design: Familiarity with database design principles.
.Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Market and Data Analysis
.Most likely to have 2-5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.


Key Competencies to win
61 Power BI: Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
61 SQL: Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
61 Data Modelling: Ability to create and manage data models.
61 Excel: Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
61 ETL Processes: Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
