Job Summary:
You will work closely with all business unit colleagues, supporting functions to manage and execute business analysis/date processing/assigned projects/continuous
improvement activities to provide business transparency and insight to support/drive company’s order secured.
Candidates also need to work on data/report automations through tools such as PowerBI/Power automate etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports to deliver business transparency.
Perform data analysis to uncover business trends/opportunities/risks on pipelines/Order secured progress.
Provide analysis reports and insights to support business reviews.
Consolidate and analyze data from business units, and update reports to APAC functions.
Drive continuous improvement/automations in analytical processes and methodologies.
Support other commercial initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in statistics or data analysis will be preferred.
At least 5 years’ working experience in business analysis, with strong data analysis skills/tools, such as Excel, PowerBI or Python.
Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
Experienced with cross-functional collaborations.
Be tough and flexible to work in a fast-grown environment and perform under pressure.
Positive working attitude; Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience in MNC headquarter functions preferred.
