To expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce our crisps to major supermarket chains across China. Identify, contact, and build relationships with key buyers and category managers in retail supermarkets (e.g., Carrefour, RT-Mart, Hema). Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf space to maximize brand visibility and sales. Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competition, and consumer preferences. Work closely with the marketing team to plan in-store promotions and branding initiatives. Track and report sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in snacks or beverages. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the supermarket distribution landscape in China. Network: Existing connections with supermarket buyers is a big plus. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
