职位描述
1.进行项目及量产后变更的质量策划，确保客户所有质量要求得到识别并实施。Quality planning for new projects and engineering changes after SOP, ensure customer quality requirements are identified and implemented

2.通过对产品和过程的质量控制,确保发运的产品满足客户和内部质量要求。Through quality control of product and process, to ensure the delivered product meet customer and IFA internal requirements。

3.对零部件进行机械性能等项目进行质量分析。 进行产品失效分析。Quality analysis of mechanical properties, microstructure, chemical composition, corrosion，process liquid Chemical analysis etc. Product failure analysis.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities：

1.进行项目及量产后变更的质量策划，确保客户所有质量要求得到识别并实施。完成项目工作包中的相关质量工作。组织项目及量产后变更阶段性质量评审。Make the quality planning for project and change phase after SOP, ensure customer quality requirements are identified and implemented. Finish the quality task in the project work package. Organize the quality review for project and change phase.

2.参加内部样件生产，提出质量要求， 进行PPF审核和措施跟踪。支持项目及量产后变更的质量问题的解决。安排样品检验和试验. 组织编写和提交OTS/PPAP文件及PPAP. Participate in the internal sample production, define the quality requirements, conduct PPF audit. Support the problem solving for project and change phase after SOP. Arrange sample inspection and testing. Responsible for collection, creation and submission of OTS/PPAP documents and PPAP samples. Follow up the approval by customer.

3.处理项目阶段，量产阶段，以及售后客户抱怨，组织失效分析及组织制定并跟踪纠正预防措施实施和关闭。

Handle the customer complaint during the project phase, SOP and warranty period. Organize the failure

4.生产过程质量问题解决和改进。 组织质量改进会议和活动。控制和降低质量成本。 Quality problem solving and improvement. Organizing quality improvement meeting and activities. Control and reduce quality cost.

5.不合格品的处理和质量数据分析Handling of non-conforming product，and quality data analysis

要求：
5年质量控制工作经验, 最少3年汽车行业工作经验 5 years working experience in quality control, at least 3 years at automotive industry

大学本科以上学历, 机械相关专业

University or above. Major in machinery.

熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系和VDA6.3 过程审核/Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system and VDA6.3 process audit

了解APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC等工具 /Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC

熟练运用质量控制方法例如PDCA,8D/A3等/Work efficiently with quality control method like PDCA, 8D, A3
