Responsibilities 1 Target Setting Production area Key performance indicator setting based on Quality strategy Coaching and supporting PQ team members clearly understand own KPIs and dedicate to quality improvement towards to corporate strategy 2.Customer Complaint handling Monitoring customer complaint events in effectiveness, efficiency and robustness controls. To improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE 3.COPQ Reduction Manage and support the data analytics, digging improvement opportunities and CFT to identify actions, follow up and verify the improvement result with PDCA cycles. Control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to benefit total cost saving. 4.CIP Review historical data to identify CIP projects, and follow up the progress. Reducing COPQ and prevent customer complaint as well as efficient improvements. 5 Audit supports Coordinate and support external and internal audits, communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner 6 People Management Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent "
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant More than 8 years working experience in quality process management, of Automotive industry, Tier 1 is a plus Technical Skill & Competencies Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D. Process audit and product audit skills; Familiar with IATF 16949; Red X, 6 sigma or Zero Defect projects’ practice is a plus Familiar with problem solving Fluent in both written and oral English; Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure; Good interpersonal skill;
