Program Management
Define project scope, set milestones, and establish timelines while considering technical feasibility and resource constraints
Track and manage the schedule and project plan.
61 Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring projects are completed according to the outlined objectives
61 Develop and manage detailed project schedules, project estimates, and status reports
61 Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
61 Perform risk management to minimize project risks
61 Report and escalate to management as needed
61 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Cross - Functional Collaboration, especially with Engineering
- Work closely with the Engineering team to understand technical capabilities.
- Collaborate on the development of solutions that meet both business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Participate in engineering design reviews and provide business - oriented feedback. Ensure that engineering deliverables align overall business goals and timelines.

Business Data Analysis
- Utilize business data analysis skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to business operations, program performance, and market trends.

Qualifications
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in programming management in the technical products area.
- Extensive experience in collaborating with Engineering teams, understanding the software development lifecycle, and engineering processes.
- Prior experience in business data analysis, preferably in a role that involved using data to drive decision - making and process improvement.

Skills
- Exceptional program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly.
- Problem - solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business and technical issues.
- Better have business data analysis skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Education
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
