Job Description: 61 Manage daily procurement tasks, including supplier management, price inquiries, contract execution, and process optimization to ensure quality and cost control. 61 Handle procurement documentation and data, maintain supplier relationships, and support procurement strategy implementation. 61 Oversee office supplies procurement, asset management, and coordination of meetings and events to ensure smooth administrative operations. 61 Support office daily repairing and decoration Check general office supplier storage, maintenance. 61 Be responsible for the company's vendor management with regular review of procurement process SOP. 61 Support to organize company activities such as annual dinner, birthday parties, company events and etc. 61 Support to complete ADM related projects. 61 Comply with the requirements of the HSE management system. 61 Other tasks assigned by N+1.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 61 1-3 years of experience in administration or procurement, preferably in multinational companies. 61 Familiar with procurement and administrative procedures, with strong organizational and execution skills. 61 Basic knowledge of supplier management, cost control, and contract management. 61 Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. 61 Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. 61 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP or Oracle experience is a plus. 61 Basic English reading and writing skills for daily work communication.
