Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for unified planning of administrative projects, landing of administrative support for the whole link, and sorting out and producing systematic solutions. 2. Responsible for the overall planning and organization of diversified corporate culture theme activities to enhance organizational cohesion. 3. Responsible for the company's conference management, including but not limited to conference reception, planning and implementation of large-scale conferences. 4. Responsible for the management of fixed assets and consumable assets: inventory, registration of fixed assets, promote digital system management, evaluate the efficiency and value of assets, and regularly conduct asset inventory. 5. Screening, evaluating and managing administrative suppliers to ensure reasonable service quality and cost. 6. Efficient handling of administrative emergencies and emergency handling. 7. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of administrative management experience. 2. Have administrative team management experience, good document writing ability, experience in administrative management system and system construction. 3. With corporate culture interpretation, publicity related experience, with the ability to plan and organize large-scale staff activities. 4. With administrative digital or systematic management experience. 5. Rigorous, serious and responsible, careful thinking, strong affinity and anti-pressure ability.
