Function: As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will coordinate Supply (from 1st and 2nd tier suppliers) and Demand (our projects) and you will manage logistical processes within Supply Chain Center AP. As a Supply Chain Coordinator you play a central role in the communication between our Supply Chain Center and the Project Teams worldwide. You know all essentials within the supply flow, and you are capable to identify risks and you know how to mitigate these. Your core business is focused on organizing a smooth process flow from sales to site deliveries. Furthermore, you support the SCC-AP team members and suppliers by providing necessary information. You will report to the Manager SCC-AP. Tasks (not limited to): 1. Managing the supply of a project 2. SCC Point of Contact for Customers like: planners, engineers, project managers or sales engineers. 3. Liaison with various stakeholders within supply chain. 4. Supporting the operational business 5. Inform the project on unbalances of material status 6. Identifying & Mitigating Supply Risks 7. Facilitate process optimization within Supply chain 8. Workload Monitoring towards suppliers. 9.
