* Act as the key technical interface to customers, gathering and analyzing requirements related to thermal management systems. * Introduce products and assist customers in selecting the optimal components to achieve tailored solutions. * Translate customer requirements into system-level specifications and designs, ensuring alignment with technical and performance expectations. * Decompose system requirements into component-level specifications and finalize the technical concept. * Work closely with engineering specialists and domain experts to refine system and component designs. * Oversee Design Approval Release (DAR) test release 0 and conduct system-level functional verification. * Ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) compliance, optimizing the feasibility and efficiency of mass production. * Maintain close collaboration with the advanced engineering department to track industry trends and customer demands, driving innovation in thermal management technology. * Solid technical background in thermal management and mechatronic systems. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. * Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams. * Ability to adapt to frequent travel requirements. * Basic oral and written English, proficiency is preferred. * Native proficiency in Chinese. * Proficiency in 3D design software is a plus.
