岗位职责: 1) Support to deliver KHC all brands off-site media planning from traditional media etc. to digital media planning. Including but not limited to OOH, TVC, OTV, OTT, and digital/social media. 2) Manage media execution with strong data analysis capability to optimize media investment. a) Breakthrough thinking in media initiatives for delivery media/business goal. b) Bridge to digital/big data team to fully utilize consumer insights to fine tune media plan. c) Close track of media trends and best practices by work with media partners/media agency/other 3rd parties 3) Proactively communicate with global teams/internal brand, digital other relevant teams to ensure seamless and timely communication and alignment on all media & digital initiatives. 4) Ensure timely delivery of work with discreetness and ability to pay attention to details 任职要求: 1) Minimum 5-8 years experience in media planning(strong skill in total/all media strategic and tactical planning, integrated communication and coordination), with brand marketing/digital &big data experience preferred. 2) Good at big data analysis, application and management. 3) Sense of business preferred. 4) Strong team work and collaboration capabilities, Excellent project, budget, agency, people management and communication skills. 5) A Self-motivated, result-driven individual with strong growth mindset and great interpersonal communication skills. 6) English writing/ Oral speak fluency.
