Main Tasks 1. Work with digital solution provider on SFE system implementation and solve operational system issue in case. 2. Run monthly SFE cycle for master data and sales territory change, sales achievements reporting 3. Run yearly SFE cycle for sales budgeting allocation and sales achievements finalization. Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure accurate yearly incentive payment 4. Support on regional sales target/ resource allocation per marketing and sales strategy 5. Review sales KPI and bonus effectiveness for better driving sales productivity. 6. Internal training on report tool and SFE rules for Sales and BU team 7. Other task assigned based on business needs.
Position Summary The role to drive sales effectiveness via 1. Develop and maintain dashboards to equip sales and marketing team with clear view of sales performance, effectiveness and opportunities. 2. SFE system new modules’ implementation and daily maintenance 3. master data (hospitals/ product/etc.) and sales terriroy management 4. running and optimizing SFE process to drive sales performance and rationalize resource alloca-tion
Requirements Education :Bachelor degree or above Experience:At least 3 years’ SFE working experience in medical consumable or pharma industry Other skills: 1.Proficient in Power BI, MS office 2.Good communication and team-work skill 3.Strong logic thinking and analysis skill.
