61 Responsible for the Demand Planning team management. Develop and maintain demand FCST working process. 61 Analysis and management for demand situation and performance. Produces and distributes weekly and monthly demand management performance metrics used for continuous improvement of the demand management process. 61 Collect and generate the demand FCST for related Biz and transfer the information to Supply Planning team. 61 Coordinate for related the issues in daily supply to make sure timely material support to Biz 61 Leads monthly demand meetings with the business teams to review forecast and demand metrics 61 Timely update upcoming supply changes to supply planning team for a right planning schedule. 61 Market intelligence collection and analysis to have related car build, car sales related information. 61 Identify and manage the opportunity and risk in demand FCST with support from New Project team. 61 Work together with all SC team for overall target on delivery, cash and cost. 61 Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
Key Job Requirements:
61 Bachelor and above in Chemical or SCM related subjects 61 At least 8 years’ experience on demand planning. At least 3 years’ experience on team management. 61 Good oral English, good at data statistics and analysis; 61 Excellent logic thinking and planning skills; 61 Familiar with all kinds of office software; 61 Excellent Project and People Management skill, good planning, organizing, motivating, and coordinate resources 61 Willing to work under high pressure 61 Team spirit, Open-minded, Communicative
