工作职责:
Job purpose:
85 Assistant in management of the in-vivo autoimmune, inflammatory and fibrosis diseases team
85 Assistant in promoting the business growth of in-vivo pharmacology studies on autoimmune, inflammatory and fibrosis diseases models
85 Leading the in-vivo pharmacology studies independently
85 Leading the internal research and development on new modality independently
Key responsibilities:
85 Assistant in management of the in-vivo autoimmune, inflammatory and fibrosis diseases team, coordinating the work in the team
85 Act as project leader or study director for in-vivo pharmacology studies on autoimmune, inflammatory and fibrosis diseases models
85 Coordinate the work from different teams
85 Responsible for technique communication with client from domestic and oversea, especially skilled at pre-sale technique communication, designing the experiment, guidance of bench scientists in manuscription of the study protocol and study report, executing the experiment, experiment notebook record etc.
85 Responsible for on Data summary and Data analysis with softwares
85 Responsible for leading the new modality research and development, designing the experiment and writing the SOP
任职资格:
Job requirement:
85 Ph.D degree on autoimmune and inflammatory field, post-doctoral experience on immunology is a plus
85 Good at in immunology diseases models establishment on rodent animals
85 At least of 2 years’ working experience in pharmacology industry, experience on autoimmune and fibrosis diseases is a plus
85 At least of 1 year’s team management experience in pharmacology industry
85 Good oral and verbal communication on both Chinese and English
85 Good knowledge on the immunology and rich experience on the trouble shooting in the experiments
85 High working motivation and Professionalism
85 Work excellent on high working pressure
