Day to Day Responsibilities: 61 Provide services for external customers and help to achieve the business goals. 61 Work closely with CET plants and fulfill customers’ orders in timely and accurate manners. 61 Respond promptly to customers or potential customers’ inquiries regarding products information, samples, pricing and deliveries … etc., Help to obtain orders. 61 Prepare product samples to coaters on behalf of Account Managers or Account Engineers 61 Protect Corning financial health by following up overdue account receivables. 61 Handle customers’ concerns and complaints on product quality, shipment & documentations. Escalate to the right level if it is needed and make sure the issues are closed. 61 Maintain accurate and updated price list in commercial share drive. 61 Make or distribute the quotation to customers per account manager’s instruction 61 Attend plant new product meeting, maintain new products in system and master file promptly and correctly. 61 Maintain and update important commercial records/firm orders and processes to ensure operational transparency 61 Forecast, order and keep proper inventory for trading parts 61 Follow up & consolidate commercial reports 61 Manage commercial tools 61 Maintain customers database 61 Support other colleague during special occasions, such as annual leave, sick leave or seminars/trade shows.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Marketing, Logistics or other equivalent area; 61 2+ years in customer service function 61 Multi-national company experience is preferred 61 Good computer skills in MS Office applications; 61 Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English 61 Good coordination/communication skills; 61 Organized and attentive to details; 61 Knowledge in car industry is preferred
