Job Requirements: - Develop and maintain customer and business partner relationships to ensure all process needs related to alkylation, scrubbing, and hydroprocessing equipment and services are met. - Review customer specifications, requests, and general inquiries. Collaborate with technology and equipment execution teams to develop detailed technical proposals for aftermarket equipment and services. Ensure proposals are prepared and submitted per customer requests. Influence pricing strategy for customers within the region. - Provide support to the execution team to qualify and set up additional localized supply chain capabilities as needed. - Support sales and business management by identifying and tracking opportunities in the Epicor ERP system. Ensure entries are updated frequently to maintain business financial forecasting accuracy. - Collaborate with technical teams to develop new offerings based on customer demand for products and services. Actively participate in development efforts, bringing the voice of the customer for existing needs to the team for consideration. - Assist the leadership team in establishing and achieving annual goals and objectives. - Provide on-site technical support to customers during unit turn around. - Identify and register new business partners as needed. - Provide rotating equipment technical support to the execution team and customers as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering related majors. - 10+ years of work experience, with at least 5+ years in a sales / account management role or technical service / support, with a strong focus on the petroleum refining industry. - Rotating equipment experience is a plus. - Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business. - Goal-oriented individual with a high sense of responsibility. Able to work well under pressure and be self-reliant. - Fluent in both Mandarin and English – both written and oral. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), ERP systems, and other relevant software.
