Key Responsibilities
Project management/Scope:
- Proactively input and lead pkg activities in network against different types of Inno, reno, sustainability, 5S, quality, SC supporting projects
- Collaborate with MKT, SC and supplier to work out the pkg design solution from the flexibility, reliability, cost efficiency, acceleration specially for high-volume products based on business POV.
- Well risk management during the project development, be braved to raise up with offering alternative solution.
- Be able independently to drive all tech validation of pilot mold, production mold, factory trial, transportation etc..
- Lead the pkg conversation with global work streams of where/what links to project update, or the alignment.

Sustainability & Compliance:
- Develop eco-friendly and sustainable packaging options in line with anticipated business case, company policy, industrial standard, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability of recommend sustainable materials, design solutions that maintain or improve current package.
- An team inspired player of where can initiate, explore more protentional projects from APR, PCR views

Lean Cost:
- With knowing products portfolios, contribute lean-cost ideas from pkg angel and lead its implementation within targeting timing, while in balancing material costs with the quality, superiority

Supplier Development:
- Develop partnerships with material suppliers for packaging solutions mainly focusing on Inno and 5S.
- Together with 3P management team, quality to maintain partnership with ODM/OEM
- Together with SC, procurement and quality to conduct supplier audits to ensure packaging materials and processes meet quality and performance standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Establish and oversee packaging testing protocols to evaluate the pkg component performance, environmental impact.
- Testing protocol alignment with global pkg, or local supplier before the commencement
- Pkg component validation and improve packaging performance of where links to the design, quality defects, damages of pkg component in the process or finished goods in transit

o Have good working knowledge in global FMCG of developing different type of pkg materials such as rigid pack, flexible, paper etc..
o Good verbal and written communication skills(both English & Chinese)
o Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email)
o Ability of, proactively lead & Solving problem, technical learning, result driven, hardworking and to be able to pay attention to details
