主要职责描述 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Demand forecasting: predict chemical demand using historical data, market trends, and customer input.

2. Inventory management: optimize stock levels for safety, cost, and compliance (e.g. hazardous or cold-chain chemicals).
库存管理：优化库存水平，确保安全、成本和合规性（例如危险化学品或冷链化学品）。
3. Procurement: coordinate with suppliers for timely, compliant, and cost-effective chemical sourcing.
采购：与供应商协调，及时、合规、经济高效地采购化学品。
4. Logistics: plan transportation adhering to hazardous material regulations and ensuring safety.
物流：按照危险品法规规划运输，确保安全。
5. Risk management: mitigate risks like supplier issues or emergencies with contingency plans.
风险管理：通过应急计划减轻供应商问题或紧急情况等风险。
6. Analysis & optimization: use data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and monitor KPIs.
分析与优化：利用数据提高效率、降低成本并监控关键绩效指标。
7. Collaboration: align with sales, quality, and finance teams to support company goals.

候选人要求 Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Trade, Logistics, Science and Engineering.
贸易、物流、科学与工程专业本科以上学历。
2. 3-5 years’ planning working experience in manufacturing industries.
3-5年制造业规划工作经验。
3. Familiar with MS software and strong data analysis ability.
熟悉MS软件，数据分析能力强。
4. Strong interpersonal skills
良好的人际交往能力
5. Experience or exposure to sales process and familiar with ERP system will be a plus
有销售流程经验或接触过销售流程，熟悉ERP系统者优先
6. Fluent in written and oral English
英语听说读写流利
7. Proactive, collaborative, self-driven, good execution ability.
