JOB POSITION: Deputy Manager 店铺副经理
REPORTING LINE: Store Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store
提供并确保团队***程度地提供优质的顾客服务
To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs
根据业绩需求安排班表，日计划和假期
To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation
组织晨会，激励员工的参与度
To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the GM to reach budget
协助店长一起完成销售业绩目标
To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store
确保店铺的陈列标准的执行和维护。

At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry

Speaks English and Chinese, and College Degree above
