Purpose Ben Line has embarked on an extensive global transformation program to enhance organization capabilities, standardize processes and policies, implement new systems (including our *** HRIS), centralize functional and business reporting lines (importantly including HR) dramatically improve HR strategic support, business partnering, reporting and analytics and improved controls. As part of the transformation, we are introducing centralized roles including a C&B Manager to lead BLA to standardized compensation policies, procedures, positions, levels and salary benchmarking. This is an exciting opportunity in a new position to come in and make it your own. You will be responsible to drive the C&B function both at a strategic and operational level. This role is critical to our transformation of the group.
Responsibilities 61 Overall responsibility to lead and manage the delivery of key C&B projects and initiatives and work with our product and HR teams. 61 Position levelling, job mapping and salary grading. 61 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and development of initiatives and policies to support business goals. 61 Develop initiatives from beginning through to training and implementation and support to employees and managers. 61 Provide assistance and advice to country teams with projects and initiatives as required. 61 Monitor progress and performance of initiatives, and resolve any issues or risks. 61 Drive the annual salary and bonus review cycle and take ownership of this activity. Provide advice and guidance to management and HR teams. 61 Review internal compensation packages and bonus programs and develop improved programs to ensure BLA is competitive to market. 61 External and internal salary benchmarking, providing insights and guidance for new roles and internal roles. 61 Drive reporting and analysis for C&B. 61 Provide effective communications to management about initatives and rolling out of programs. 61 Other ad hoc projects as required.

Ideally, background from services, logistics or agency business, with some knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices (commercial, operating and technology). Preferred but not essential.
