ROLE SUMMARY

● Incentive Compensation (IC) is a service within the Commercial Operation Excellence and driving performance, simplicity, and efficiency for the field force. This role will contribute to Incentive Compensation service delivery activities within China that allow the business to drive to achieve business target. The Incentive Compensation - China (Manager) role will work under supervision of Incentive Compensation Lead and other colleagues within IC team to operationalize key services.

Key Attributes:
Accountable for contributing as a team member to the Incentive Compensation remit within China while enhancing service delivery continuity and quality
Responsible for applying technical knowledge and basic insights to support delivery of the below Incentive Compensation activities in China:

● Quarterly IC plan solution and optimization under a globally connected, and locally embedded model for responsible business unit
● Competitions, Contests, and Awards design and approval
● IC plan execution and communication
Reports to China Incentive Compensation Lead of Biopharma Ops
This role will be a key contributor within the Incentive Compensation – China.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates and contributes to the below Incentive Compensation services in China:

● Rewards Field Force colleagues by defining and applying quotas, bonus recognition and competitions, contests, and awards
● Design and present regularly comprehensive performance, quota, and incentive analysis to different BU management level
● Provide IC process or analysis support based on demand of business partners

Applies Incentive Compensation service experience to:

● Contribute to the completion of routine Incentive Comp related tasks and deliverables
● Complete standard / transactional, strategic Incentive Comp methods and techniques
● Executes assigned portion of the Incentive Comp team’s milestones/ deliverables
● Able to articulate the value of Biopharma Ops service delivery tools and platforms
● Manages transactional activities within the service vertical

Executes on priorities in Incentive Compensation defined by leadership to drive efficient and effective HCP engagement:

● Possesses a solid understanding of the China business landscapes and BU areas of focus and their impact on Incentive Compensation activities
● Under supervision, engages with Business Partners and BOPs to understand and 1) ensure alignment of Biopharma Ops’ client strategies in China and 2) determines optimal resource allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality incentive compensation
