To drive revenue growth and promote the best RO/NF membrane technology, DuPont Water Solution is seeking an experienced commercial professional, who will work closely with the team to develop new customers or to grow the allocated customers’ business with DuPont RO/NF. Responsibilities: 61 Develop & execute account plan on allocated customers, deliver revenue, volume and profit targets across region or industry assigned. 61 Develop new customers to grow the business while is skillful to manage multiple levels of customers relationship. 61 Enhance DuPont product positioning and brand power, and nurture executive relationship through planned commercial activities. 61 Map out relevant value chain players & key influencers and build collaborative circle to strengthen business performance. 61 Be able to work independently when following an opportunity and to close the deal under challenging price constraints or resource constraints. 61 Identify project roadmaps at key end user customers to grow pipeline. 61 Coordinate project execution within commercial team to avoid conflict and maximize the success chance. 61 Monitor competition and share market intelligence with Marketer and Sales Leader in a timely manner. 61 Active participation in regional sales meeting and periodical marketing meetings. 61 Target to deliver $5MM sales independently in the *** year. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering. 61 Water treatment industry experience is preferred, and the experience with water treatment engineering firm is highly valued. 61 Experience in key account management, sales management and business development. 61 High motivation and capability on opportunities development and sales closure. 61 A passion for the customers & positive attitude with drive-for-results & owner mindset. 61 Excellent interpersonal skills across a broader variety of functions. 61 Able to work independently but also can work as a team player. 61 Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. 61 Have a good sense of business and financial acumen.
