WHAT'S THE ROLE? The purpose of the role is to develop global accounts and be accountable for specification and sales development. The role involves examining economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances. The job holder needs to develop senior relationship contacts within the customer’s organization to drive the execution of the account’s strategy. Scope: Contributes to sales development by working with local accounts that are relevant to an MO;
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? 1.Define and specify new business opportunities based on trade/ offshore segment needs. 2.Collect and consolidate business requirements together with customers and map them to the solution. 3.Responsible for business development of CNOOC, COOEC and CFHI and other target accounts. 4.Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing and sales strategy, together with the sales team. 5.Contributes and accountable for sales development, long term relationship build-up, and execution of account strategy working on tailored commercial and technical solutions, engineering specifications and standards. 6.Maintains effective communication systems throughout the team and company. 7.Works with several offices/branches located in multiple regions.
WHAT YOU NEED IS: 1.Above- bachelor’s degree. 2.More than 5 years’ experience working as sales or business developer. 3.An experience with or within EPC, engineering consultant, contractors and work on offshore projects is preferred. 4.Ability to find technical solutions under consideration of economic and commercial aspect. 5.Good presentation skills. 6.Ability to work independently and deliver results under high pressure. 7.Self-motivated, ambitious, passionate, hands on, creative with entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking. 8.Be able to work independently and achieve work results under high pressure. 9.Be highly self-motivated, ambitious, passionate, practical, creative, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision. 10.Have excellent oral and written English communication skills. 11.Be willing to travel all over the country on business.
