Enhance the IT team's service quality and response time. - Responsible for server backup and the maintenance of related office systems, ensuring business continuity and physical security. - Provide comprehensive IT support services for onboarding and offboarding employees, including account setup, hardware configuration, and essential technical training.
**Counter Support** - Support the opening, closing, and renewal of company boutique counters. Ensure new counter IT equipment is operational and connected to the necessary network resources. - Provide technical support for retail counters to ensure the smooth operation of boutiques, including support for POS systems, counter user desktops, and associated IT equipment. - Utilize data and feedback to continuously enhance application and device performance, delivering superior counter solutions.
**Infrastructure** - Collaborate with third-party service providers to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including server rooms, networking equipment, and data centers. - Monitor and maintain office and laboratory infrastructure, such as switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls, to ensure network security and fluid data flow. - Ensure the performance and reliability of the infrastructure, including system monitoring, disaster recovery, and the enforcement of security protocols. - Manage the data center, conducting system upgrades and optimizations to support high-capacity data processing and analytical requirements. - Coordinate cross-regional projects, ensuring alignment with headquarter strategies and close collaboration with the local implementation team.
**Cloud & IDC** - Oversee cloud platform management, ensuring that cloud services adhere to best practices and security standards, involving services like Azure and Alibaba Cloud. - Guarantee the security, compliance, and optimization of cloud services. - Supervise cloud migration projects, working in collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless transition and minimize business disruption.
**Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - At least 5 years of relevant experience, including team management experience. - Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services, including but not limited to network devices, server management, and cloud computing platforms. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills. - Capable of working and managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Familiarity with IT service management frameworks; ITIL and PMP certifications are a plus.
