岗位职责: 1. Resolving various MS Windows and MS Office problems.解决各种Windows 和office 问题 2. Create, administrate and maintain email accounts using MS Exchange or other systems.用微软exchange系统创建,管理和维护邮箱账户 3. Analyzing and resolving network connectivity issues.分析和解决网络连接问题 4. To be considered for this IT technician position, it is crucial that you possess not only the technical support experience, but the ability to communicate effectively and positively with all clients/users. Servers and Network devices maintenance.网络设备和服务器的维护 6. ERP (Yongyou U8), Office and other applications maintenance.ERP(用友U8),office软件及其他APP的维护 7. New functionalities or systems implementation (MRP, CRM, etc.). 新功能或者系统的上线 8. Data base maintenance, reports design and generation from MS SQL servers.数据库维护,报告设计和制作 9. Support on site and off site users (computers and Network).线上线下用户的支持
最低要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Transferable Degree with relevant experience.本科以上学历,信息技术专业优先 2. Minimum 2 years of IT management experience.至少两年的IT管理经验 3. Knowledge of the followings: 86 Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2 and 2016 + 操作后台 86 Windows Data Protection Manager 微软备份系统 86 Networking over Ethernet 网络管理 86 ERP Systems ERP 系统 86 Microsoft SQL Database 微软SQL 数据库 86 Microsoft Office 微软办公软件 86 VMware 4. Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.较强的接受能力,能快速地学习新的系统和应用 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English coupled with strong interpersonal skills are required for dealing with management, staff, vendors and customers.优异的中英语口头及书面沟通技巧,能够灵活地处理与公司上下级员工,供应商及客户的关系。 6. Knowledge of management skills, knowledge of the general direction of the information technology industry and its products and services are required.熟知管理技能方面的知识,计算机方面的产品及服务的宏观知识。
