61Compliance business partner: Offer consultation to employees regarding their queries regarding compliance issues; Provide clarification of policy update, requirements and procedures; Daily review and pre-approve academic events and related contracts from compliance’s perspective; Support in delivering compliance training to different stakeholders, e.g. new employee orientation, Business regional tailor-made training to reinforce compliance requirements and promote compliance culture; Assist line manager to create accessible compliance guidelines (e.g. process guidebook, FAQ, compliance Quiz, case sharing), deep collaboration with compliance ambassadors to promote compliance culture. Liaison with external resources to perform due diligence on key vendors to ensure the legitimate qualifications of the vendors. 61Monitoring: Monthly track spot check results and provide corrective action proposals to business units under line manager’s supervision. Collect and conduct data analytics for potential high-risky areas and assess the business needs and operational risks. Implement the corrective actions to mitigate potential risks under line manager’s supervision. Team project support Med Rep Registration process follow up. Assist in affiliate audit and global audit program. Other responsibilities assigned by line manager and Senior Legal & Compliance Director.
